Our sessions will be tailored to your needs and wants in the comfort of your home at the perfect time for you. This is ideal but not limited to clients:

  • interested to receive one on one undivided attention

  • interested to practice with partner (couple yoga)

  • with extremely busy schedules

  • with injuries and/or limitations

  • new to yoga

  • athletes interested to enhance their performance

  • interested  to deepen & advance their yoga practice

  • looking to go beyond the physical strength (not that the physical is not important)

  • interested in Pilates - primarily focus on "powerhouse" (abdominals, buttocks, hips & thighs)
